Lamas-Delgado, Eduardo

Eduardo Lamas-Delgado is an art historian at the Brussels-based Institut royal du Patrimoine artistique (KIK-IRPA), where he carries out research on seventeenth-century Spanish painting and drawing, as well as on artistic relations between Spain and the former Low Countries. He holds a Master 2 diploma from the Université Paris-Sorbonne (Paris IV) and is finishing his doctoral thesis on Francisco Rizi under the guidance of Manuel Couvreur at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). He was awarded the prize of the Académie royale d’Archéologie de Belgique for his work on the Flemish painter Miguel Manrique.
