Teresa Posada Kubissa holds a doctorate in History from the Universidad Complutense in Madrid, and joined the Professional Association of Museum Curators in 1986. She has pursued her career at the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo in Madrid and, since 1992, at the Museo Nacional del Prado, where she is in charge of Flemish Paintings and the Northern Schools.
